SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver UK-wide but our delivery services may take longer if you live in remote areas like the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
Some items come direct from suppliers. If so, we'll tell you an estimated delivery date on the product page and at checkout.
Next day delivery isn’t available on certain items during sales or promotions. Check the items delivery info at point of purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Need to return an item? No problem, we have a number of options for you to choose from. Before you do, we would ask you to read our returns policy to make sure your item is returnable. To return online visit the 'Returns' tab in My Account or the My Orders tab if using our App within the 28 day approval guarantee period select the items you wish to return and follow the instructions.
Or if you have returns address labels at the bottom of your advice note, then you can stick these to the front of your parcel covering your original name and address label.
When packaging up your return, please make sure you include all parts in the parcel including your filled out advice note and for the environment where possible try using the packaging we sent you.
